Welcome to TOEFLMock. By accessing or using our website at toeflmocktests.com (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

1. Description of Service

TOEFLMock provides free, web-based practice tests designed to help users prepare for the TOEFL iBT examination. Our Service includes practice questions, mock tests, scoring, and educational content aligned with the 2026 TOEFL iBT format.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By using the Service, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are under 18, you should review these Terms with a parent or guardian.

3. Use of the Service

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the Service in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the Service without permission
• Reproduce, distribute, or sell any content from the Service without authorization
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers connected to the Service
• Use the Service to transmit harmful, offensive, or illegal content

4. Intellectual Property

4.1 Our Content

All content on TOEFLMock, including but not limited to text, questions, graphics, logos, icons, and software, is the property of TOEFLMock or its content creators and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

4.2 Trademarks

TOEFL® and TOEFL iBT® are registered trademarks of Educational Testing Service (ETS). TOEFLMock is not endorsed by, affiliated with, or approved by ETS. All references to TOEFL are for descriptive and educational purposes only.

4.3 Your Data

Any test responses, scores, or content you create while using the Service remain yours. This data is stored locally in your browser and is not collected by us.

5. Practice Test Disclaimer

Our practice tests are independently created educational resources designed to familiarize users with the TOEFL iBT format. They are not official ETS products and should not be considered predictive of actual TOEFL scores. Scoring algorithms are approximations and may differ from official ETS scoring.

6. Subscriptions, Billing and Refunds

Paid subscriptions are recurring. Each plan renews automatically and your payment method is charged again at the end of every billing period until you cancel: the Weekly plan renews every 7 days, the Monthly plan every 30 days, and the Premium plan every 75 days. You authorise this recurring charge at checkout, and our payment processor displays the recurring mandate before you confirm.

You may cancel at any time from your account dashboard. Cancellation stops the next automatic charge, and you keep access through the end of the period you have already paid for.

Payments are non-refundable, including for unused or partially used periods and for renewals that occur because a subscription was not cancelled in time. All sales are final, with one exception: if you had already cancelled your subscription and were still charged for a new period, or you were charged more than once for the same period, that charge was made in error and we will refund it in full. To request a refund under this exception, email admin@toeflmocktests.com within 14 days of the charge. Full details are in our Refund and Cancellation Policy.

7. No Warranty

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
• The results obtained from using the Service will be accurate or reliable
• The quality of the Service will meet your expectations
• Any errors in the Service will be corrected

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TOEFLMock shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TOEFLMock and its operators from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

10. Modifications to the Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) at any time without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time by posting the updated version on this page. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the Terms were last revised. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which TOEFLMock operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
