Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how TOEFLMock subscriptions are billed, how to cancel, and when a refund is and is not available. It applies to all paid subscriptions purchased at toeflmocktests.com. By subscribing, you agree to this policy together with our Terms of Service.
1. Subscriptions are recurring
TOEFLMock subscriptions are recurring. Each plan renews automatically at the end of its billing period and your payment method is charged again until you cancel:
- Weekly plan ($8) renews every 7 days.
- Monthly plan ($20) renews every 30 days.
- Premium plan ($50) renews every 75 days.
You authorise this recurring charge when you complete checkout. Our payment processor, Razorpay, also displays the recurring mandate before you confirm. You receive a receipt by email for each charge.
We also send you a renewal reminder by email 24 hours before every automatic renewal. A charge never comes as a surprise, and you always have time to cancel first if you no longer need your subscription.
2. How to cancel
You can cancel any time, in under a minute, from your account dashboard. Cancellation stops the next automatic charge. When you cancel, you keep full access for the remainder of the billing period you have already paid for, and the subscription simply does not renew after that. There is no cancellation fee.
Where to find the cancel option:
- Sign in and open your Billing and orders page. This link takes you straight there once you are signed in. If you are signed out, you will be asked to sign in first, then landed on the right page.
- Under Current subscription, click the Cancel subscription button shown below.
- Confirm when prompted. The status then changes to "Cancelling at period end", which confirms your subscription will not renew.
Because we send a reminder 24 hours before each renewal, the easiest way to cancel is right after that email arrives. If you cannot find the cancel option for any reason, please see the note in section 4 below, or simply email us and we will cancel it for you.
3. Refunds
Because access is delivered immediately and in full for each billing period, payments are non-refundable, including for partially used periods, periods you did not use, or forgetting to cancel before a renewal. All sales are final, with one exception below.
4. The one exception: billing errors after cancellation
We will issue a refund if you were charged in genuine error, specifically where you had already cancelled your subscription and were still charged for a new billing period afterwards, or where you were charged more than once for the same period (a duplicate charge). In these cases the charge should not have happened, and we will refund it in full.
To request a refund under this exception, email admin@toeflmocktests.com within 14 days of the charge, from the email address on your account, including the payment date and amount. We will verify the cancellation and the charge in our records and, if confirmed, refund to your original payment method. Refunds are typically processed within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.
If you ever have any difficulty cancelling, please reach out to us at admin@toeflmocktests.com before your renewal date and we will cancel it for you. If you contacted us in time and a renewal was still charged because we were slow to reply, that is our mistake and not yours, and we will refund that charge in full. We would rather take responsibility for a delay on our side than have you lose out.
Forgetting to cancel before a renewal does not qualify. If you did not cancel and did not contact us in time, the renewal is valid and non-refundable, though you can cancel at that point to stop future charges.
5. Free tier
The first test in every section, and the first full test, are free and require no payment, so nothing in this policy applies to them.
6. Frequently asked questions
How do I cancel my subscription?
Sign in, open your Billing and orders page, and click Cancel subscription under Current subscription. It takes under a minute, and there is no cancellation fee. See section 2 above for a picture of the button.
Will I be reminded before I am charged again?
Yes. We send a renewal reminder to your email 24 hours before every automatic renewal, so you always have time to cancel first if you no longer need your subscription.
Do I keep access after I cancel?
Yes. You keep full access until the end of the billing period you have already paid for. Your subscription simply does not renew after that.
Can I get a refund if I forgot to cancel?
Renewals are non-refundable if you simply forgot to cancel. There is one exception: if you had already cancelled and were still charged, or you were charged twice for the same period, we refund in full. And if you contacted us before your renewal date but we were slow to reply and a charge went through, that is on us and we will refund it. See section 4 for details.
What if I cannot find the cancel button?
Please email us at admin@toeflmocktests.com before your renewal date and we will cancel it for you. If a charge slips through because of a delay on our side, we will refund it in full.
How long do refunds take?
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method and are typically processed within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.
7. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy by posting a revised version on this page, with a new "Last updated" date. Changes apply to charges made after the update.
