What does each student actually get?

What does my faculty team get?
A custom admin dashboard: per-student progress and band trend, test-assignment by cohort or individual, cohort analytics, exportable reports for parents and faculty, and a co-branded student portal with your logo.
What's the minimum cohort size?
10 students. Smaller pilots can run on the standard $20/month per-seat plan with manual roster setup; we just don't open the admin dashboard for those.
How long is the partnership term?
Month-to-month is the default. Most institutes commit per prep cycle (3 to 6 months) so seats line up with their student intake. No multi-year lock-in.
Can students take tests from anywhere or only in the classroom?
Anywhere. The dashboard tracks attempts whether a student takes a test on campus, at home, or on a phone during commute. The interface adapts to mobile and desktop equally.
Can we co-brand the student-facing dashboard?
Yes — your logo and a single accent colour come standard on every partnership. A fully custom subdomain (yourbrand.toeflmocktests.com) is available on the 100+ tiers.
How do we add and remove students mid-program?
Add via CSV upload or one-by-one in the Students tab. Removing a student frees up a seat from the next billing cycle. Their score history stays intact in case they rejoin later.
What about data privacy?
Each student's results are visible only to the institute admins you nominate. We process student data per our privacy policy; data-processing addendums for FERPA, GDPR, and DPDP are available on request.
Do you offer custom test content?
For the 250+ tiers we can author cohort-specific Speaking and Writing prompts (e.g. industry-specific Academic Discussion topics for an engineering or medical batch). Discussed during the discovery call.
How fast can we get started?
Two business days from the discovery call. We hand over the admin dashboard, the co-branded student URL, and a CSV template; once you upload your roster, students get their welcome email the same day.
