What does each student get with a TOEFLMock institute partnership?
On Lite and Pro each student gets a login, sits the tests and practice you assign, and gets expert evaluation on Speaking and Writing. When you add them, TOEFLMock emails their sign-in link and a password. The password does not expire, and they can change it from their own dashboard.
What's the minimum cohort size for a TOEFL institute partnership?
There is no minimum. Lite covers up to 4 students and Pro up to 10, at the same price however many of the seats you fill. For more than 10 students, contact us for a custom plan.
How is the price worked out?
It is one flat price for the classroom, not a price per student. Lite is $24 a month for up to 4 students, and Pro is $45 a month for up to 10 students with your own branding. Pay every 3 months and save 8% ($66.24 for Lite, $124.20 for Pro). Cancel anytime, and your class keeps everything until the end of the period you paid for. What does the institute admin dashboard include?
Per student progress and band trend, assigning by cohort or by student, cohort analytics, CSV roster upload and a printable parent report for any student. On Pro, your logo, your institute's name and your accent colour are on the student pages too.
How fast can we start?
Today. Create the classroom yourself in a few minutes, free, with no card and no sales call, and look at every screen. Choose Lite or Pro when you are ready to invite students. Nothing is emailed to a student until you start a plan.
What happens when our plan ends?
Nothing is deleted. Your dashboard and every past result stay readable, and students keep their old score reports, but no one can start a new test until the plan is renewed.
Can we add and remove students mid-program?
Yes. Upload a CSV to invite a batch, add students one at a time as they join, and remove or move students between cohorts as your program changes. A seat is not tied to one student, so when someone leaves you can invite a new student in their place. Each student only sees their own dashboard and their own data.
Can students take TOEFL practice tests from anywhere?
Yes, anywhere, not only in the classroom. A student can access a test on campus, at home, or on a phone, and the dashboard tracks every attempt. The interface adapts to mobile and desktop equally.
How do students sign in to TOEFLMock?
Each student you add gets an email from TOEFLMock with their sign-in link, the email they sign in with and a password. There is no link that runs out and nothing for them to set up first. They open their own dashboard straight away, see the tests and practice you assigned, and can change the password whenever they like. Until your plan is active, nothing is emailed, so you can build the class first.
Can we pay every 3 months instead of every month?
Yes. Lite and Pro are paid monthly or every 3 months, and paying every 3 months costs 8% less: $66.24 for Lite and $124.20 for Pro. You pick the period on the plan card before you pay, and the plan renews on that schedule until you cancel. Cancelling stops the next renewal, and your class keeps everything until the end of the period you paid for.
What happens right after we pay?
Your TOEFLMock plan is active straight away. You choose a password for the email you paid with, name your classroom and add your students, and you land on your own TOEFLMock dashboard. We also email you the setup link, so you can finish later from any device.
Can we look around before we pay?
